? to those with JDM ITR front end
Did you buy your conversion new or used?
If you bought it used what were the things that were wrong with it?
is it worth it to buy it used or just save up to buy it new?
and finally with the used kit was it easier to install?

um... i think pretty much 90% of people who have the jdm conv pick it up used. And sure there are always little things wrong with it but usually nothing more than cosmetic blemishes. LIke a scratch here a small ding there. But these things don't really matter because you will probably get the whole daamn thing painted again anyway.
If you are that concerned... pick one up from IC Roger, he's a great guy and has good quality **** at good prices. My roomate picked up his jdm conv from him and the two of us installed it so we pretty much kno how good of quality his products are.
Nearly nothing, some scratches on the paint from probably shipping overseas, and a small ding or two nothing that can't be fixed pretty much for free when the conv gets painted.
It is not worth it to buy it new, it'll be way overpriced when a used one is just as good; either way you have to paint the thing.
It being used or new will have no bearing on how easy or hard it will be to install... its the same either way... only thing that you may not want to do yourself is the welding of the radiator support
Does that answer all your questions? if u have any more.. i'd be happy to answer them.

I bought mine used, not worth it for new. No real problems to speak of, there were scratches and what not. But it had to be repainted anyway. Oh, there is one problem, the drivers headlight has a film on it that wont come off. It does not seem to effect lighting quality though.
i bought myself a used one, and just get it done with installed and. i say as long as those used kit have no dent, then u want to get the used kit, since it's cheaper and it's going to need paint anyway, installation fee going to be a pain in the a$$, so u want to make it as cheap as possible. good luck
