There are different braces on the B18C5 compared to the B18C1. The stiffener on the C5, between the motor and transaxle, wraps all the way across the bottom of the engine. It's one single piece opposed to the C1 where it has two seperate stiffeners on either side and a thin clutch cover across the bottom.

Intakes are also much different in appearance. Look for an oil cooler sandwich on the oil filter flange (at least in the US). The C5 had it, the C1 did not. That's all I can think of.

The head on the ITR has a 30 stamped near the distributor, the GSR has a 72 instead.

ALso the ITR head has green paint on it (on the intake manifod side near the dist)
