B16 and B18 headgasket differences

B16 and B18 headgasket differences
Anyone know if the b16 and b18c headgaskets are any different? I just found out my Mugen one will have clearance issues and the closest Acura dealer is 100 miles away.
I am wondering also because if the Mugen one can be used on either a gsr or b16 motor, why cant the stock Honda gaskets?

Can anyone comfirm this? The acura dealership here in town can't get me one for 2 weeks, but I could probably get one for a vtec del sol
