need clarification about auto/manual tranny mounts, please read!!

need clarification about auto/manual tranny mounts, please read!!
ok...i read all the archives on auto->manual conversion, but i need someone to get things straight for me. Tell me if i am correct...
On a EG (92-95) civic, i'll need all the stuff to do a transmission swap, and i'll need to either buy a mount from placeracing.com or get a mount from a honda dealership and weld it on. The brake pedal assembly part, i will also need to make a hole for the clutch
On a EK (96-00), i don't need to change the mounts, but cause a manual one will drop right in, and i don't need to drill a hole because there already is a hole for the clutch??
am i correct? does anyone know the exact specifics for doing a auto-> manual conversion on a EG??? please help!!
