Default Re-torqueing headstuds for h23.

Hey, can someone give me some detailed instructions on how to re-torque ARP headstuds? Like for example how to remove the cams, what, if any specific tools i may need, any tricks or whatnot. Id look at the Helms but its in the car which is in the shop.

I will be getting ARP's put in when my head goes back on and from what ive been told i should retorque them after 500 miles, is that right? How should i drive in the mean time before i reorque them? Im not very familiar with H23's or hondas for that matter, so any instructions at all would be appreciated. Thanks
