how useful do you guys think things like these are for handling? launching?



I would assume this one mounts between the control arms similar to how the DC rear lower tie bar mounts but this unit looks stronger since theres no moving parts



I think this is the one for the Integra



Theyre only $95 each and if they actually provide some stifness it wouldo be worth it to me

 

they'd probably help with launching but, as for actual handling, they'd probably make your car push like no other...
if you're going to stiffen up the front like that, you'd definitely want to do something similar in the back to cancel out some of the understeer that this thing would create.

im working on my suspension setup after my turbo setup is completed... koni struts with my GC coil overs... i have front and rear upper strut bars but was lookin for soemthing else... i am looking at that bar and thinking it'll help a bunch and now i guess i just added a mugen 24mm rear sway bar to the list

since i have an LS, what kind of mods to the subframe will i need to make so that this bar works and doesn't tear it up?

or should i just stick with my strut bars, get an itr rear sway bar and call it a day?

geez 24mm rear bar, i hope they include a serious mounting kit with that or youre gonna tear your subframe to pieces

I don't think they make the multi point one for the Integra...only the two point one.

 

i thought the Mugen was 26mm.

 

whats wrong with the ITR sway bars? They are only like $150 cheaper then mugen. Also look into Spoon sports.

 

the biggest they make for gsr is 24mm, the 26mm is for ITR. Of cousre you can do some mod to make it fit on your GSR.26mm might be too much though Mugen also makes 22mm front for the gsr and 22mm,24mm,and26mm front for ITR.

well i just got a full set of ST bars for 102 plus shipping so i consider that a steal and ill be running those, gotta be a lot better than stock still and when i get the springs and dampers ill be all set

 

if you're launching get Z10 radius bars

 

Go with JIMFAB vs. Z10. Much better geometry.

 

who is Z10? for that matter who the heck is JIMFAB?
