Default rear sway bar questions

hello everyone i have a question about a rear sway bar..

I have 2 rear sway bars one is a Progress 24mm that mounts at the lower shock mount closer to the hub and one is a 24mm i forgot the brand but its a popular brand but it mounts to the lower control arms.

I was wondering if there was a difference between the two the way they work if one is better then the other as one mounts to the lower control arm and one is longer and mounts to the lower shock mount.

I use the car for road racing its a 1992 civic hatchback with h2b eibach pro s suspension ( which i will be upgrading soon ) and for now no front sway bar which i will be putting one in soon.

Right now the car has the sway bar that mounts to the lower control arms but ive had the other Progress that mounts to the lower shock mount for years and always used that one but my car came with the lower control arm mount sway bar so i havent switched it out yet because i don't know if i will see any benifits in running the wider swaybar

thankyou for any info very appreciated

I have 0 experience with the Progress setup, and don't anyone that has had one, but IMO, you can't go wrong with a ASR setup.

thats what it is asr, i never look at the rear of the car hahahaha i was just wondering if i would benefit with a wider swaybar, i know most people use asr but i have had the progress bar for 8 years now and its been on every car of mine except this car because it came with asr

Physics says the stiffness is dependent on diameter, length of arm, and separation distance between arms.
