Just wondering if anyone knows him. He lives in Federal Way Washington. I'm not accusing him of anything, but hopefully looking for some reassurance. I sent him a MO UPS 2nd day for a Drag III intercooler from thepartstrader. He was always fast to reply to my emails, but after he got the MO I haven't heard from him at all. It has been 8 days since he got the MO. I left him a message on his cell phone (which was off when I called). Maybe he's having computer problems or whatnot.

Hear alot about scammers in WA, me and two other people here got scammed by the same MF from Everett, WA. Not saying all of you are, but there's quite a few. Good luck though, hope he comes through for you.

That's why I'd never send an MO. Go through paypal, atleast then you can protest the payment and possibly get your money back.

 

I think I got scammed by this piece of $HIT! I wish I'd done a search on here before sending payment. I sent a money order, too. LAST TIME for this stuff!

This F*@KER comitted 2 FEDERAL offenses! I'm not letting this drop! I want his ***** on a plate!

I was buying a set of cams from him for a local guy. (Thought I could make some $$ and turn a profit). I was WRONG! He cashed my MO, and I haven't heard from him, since. He cashed it on April 14. Still no word, but he replies to my messages from an alternate address....

FILE CHARGES, BRO! I am!

BTW, you say he won't reply to your e-mails.... If you e-mail him from another address asking about parts, he'll e-mail you back. ANYONE been scammed by this ***?! The more charges we file, the better chances we have of nailing him!

If you DO, put them in touch with me ASAP! I am of the opinion that the more people we can get to file charges against him, the better chance we have of getting the PD to do something.

BTW, if you MAILED the money to him, he's guilty of mail fraud! I inquired at the post office. Just because he didn't mail anything to you, he still used the USPS to defraud you, and is guilty of mail fraud. So, if that fits your situation, file charges with the Postal Inspector.

Just to let you guys know, for those of you that are interested.....
THIS scammer story ended happily for the victims!
Kevin (Mechanik) and I got our cash back...FINALLY! I'm not saying this to take any blame off of Chad Mace, because this guy is a piece of ****! We got our cash back after going through the Police of Federal Way. An officer confronted him about it. The guy never had MY phone number, and yet he calls me the day after Kevin and I report him to the PD. Evidently the Cops paid him a little visit and got him peeing his panties.

The thing is, I've been made FINANCIALLY whole, but not COMPLETELY whole. This took 3 months of calling and searching for this piece of ****! This guy still lives with his parents. I've spoken with both his mother AND father, and have a mind to call back and tell them what he TRIED to pull!

For all you guys that have been scammed, I feel VERY lucky to have gotten my money back. I got scammed twice at once, and am still trying to get the money back from the other one (which I probably never will). However, the OTHER guy lives within driving distance from me. I think he'll be getting a visit in about a month!

I post this because most scams end badly for the victim. MOST times, if you're taken, you never get it back. I thought you guys would like to hear of two LUCKY guys that got their cash back. I SINCERELY hope he stops after this. There's no telling how many other people he took before Kevin and I made a call. That makes me want do do all I can to still press every kind of charge I can because of the principle that he likely got quite a few people before Kevin and I.

If you're scammed, CALL EVERYONE YOU CAN! Don't pay with a money order, but if you do, use a US Postal Service MO and mail it registered or certified mail where they have to sign for it. It'll make nailing them for mail fraud much easier! Once they get wind that they're being investigated for that charge, they'll probably become much more compliant. It's a FEDERAL offense and carries a STIFF penalty.
