225-50-15's on a 99 hatch?
i have a 99 hatch with itr springs and was wondering if 225-50-15's on 97 gsr wheels would fit? i know i have the height but not sure on the offset of the wheels and the width of the tires. anyone run this size before?
My friend had S-03 225/50r15s on gsr wheels with a type r suspension on his 4 door gsr. They fit fine, the tire shop had a hell of a time mounting the tires, though. I hope you have a good amount of power to spin those things because they are huge.
Those are some huge tires. I have had 205/50/r15 on my hatch and have had rubbing problems since I have corrected the camber in the back. If you still have the d series engine, you are going to be slow as *****.

I've seen 245-50-16's on a 16X7.5 on Civic's. That's a lot of meat, you should check out the Hamann wheels with the 285/40/18 Yokomaha specials on a M3. Only $1500 per tire.
