Clickin noise when sharp turn??
left or right
it's one of your CV joints
the dust ceal is probably fuked and that's why it's clicking
if it is broken there should be grease all over the inside of your wheel well

when you put the axles in you mite have not pushed in the tranny side of one of them all the way, happened to me, both of the boots were good on each axle, turned out that this was my prob. good luck
alright can someone clear this up a little bit ... CV boots are not CV joints? what is required to change the boot? because I don't have grease around my wheel well (so from my knowledge, it's not the "joint") is it my boot? because it's only my driver side - so annoying!
when cv boots get torn or old and cracked, you can replace the boots only. but when it is clicking you need to replace your joint/shaft. when it is popping/knocking/making your car jump, stop driving it and fix it asap, or the shaft can break on you causing serious damage to your car or yourself if broken at high speeds.
CV Boot is a flexible grease packed rubber boot which houses the CV joints and lubes them up since they are constantly moving, hense the name Constant Velocity. When the boot breaks the joints are not lubed and then dirt and **** gets in the boot and destroys the joint. When the boot breaks the joint does soon after.
