Default Power steering fluid leaked every where, now I hear weird noise from the belts???

I don't know how it happened but the two 10mm bolts that hold the line into the power steering pump some how backed out while I was driving and I got fluid all over the place. I don't have a cover for my cam gears so fluid got all over the belts. Now I hear a humming noise of some sort while the car idles, and if I rev it up it really hums as if the timing belt is too tight although I checked the belt and it's not. I thought I could just clean up the mess and be done with it. What harm, if any, does power steering fluid do to belts or gears???? It's been like this since Monday!
Thank's.

Any liquid like that is going to cause the belts to squeak. I'd clean the timing belt off really good.

I'd replace all the belts. Oil kills rubber stuff.

Spray it with stuff... When was the last time you changed belts? Maybe its time to do it again...aaahh.
I'm coming to the shop Saturday.

What shop...Jisatsu?
I didn't even think about it this morning, but after I drove to school I noticed the noise is gone. I popped up the hood and reved it like I did before and everything is back to normal.
