Default Humming noise in new turbo install. Coming from fuel pump?

RevHard 2 in a b16 at 5psi.

When I turn the car on, there is a constant humming. My guess is that it is the high volume fuel pump making that noise? If any of you know what I'm talking about, I'd like to get your feedback. Is that noise normal? Is it really the fuel pump?

Thanks!

Did you install a new inline fuel pump? If you did then that's what that noise is.

Is an inline fuel pump the same thing as the "high volume fuel pump" as what comes with the RevHard kits? If so, then yes!
