Here are some close up pics of this manifold

This last one is where all four collectors join from the outside

Man i am contemplating switching over to this manifold from my max-rev. I would weld extra bracing onto the manifold in a heart beat. Can anyone confirm that you can use a max-rev downpipe with these manifolds?

I posted these pics so Camp1320 can use them. But I also posted these pics so the experts can tell me where to brace this manifold. Should I get it tig welded from the iside to prevent future cracking?. I have noticed that in the last pic where they all join together, its not really welded in that area. Should I find someone to weld it up there?

If you are going to weld a brace, then take a flat piece of stainless and bend it to the shape of the front of the block. Take two pieces of straight stainless and made a triangular formation from the turbo flange, to the piece bracing against the block. This should take alot of weight off the flange area, where your load is placed. I would place the flat piece of stainless up towards the exhaust flange from the head, this way you would have less of a moment created around the turbo flange.

Take a look at the picture right above your post. The side angle shot. Make a brace that is welded to the flange, with two rods of stainless that are welded into a steel plate that rest against the front of the engine, right below the exhaust flange of the manifold (at the head).
you can use either 4 or 5 bolt turbos with this manifold. Thanks to all you guys who have supported me. This manifold is a Great peice. Bang for the buck. If i honestly had the money i would get a FULL RACE.
i dont know why some people sell this product and talk mad **** about them... If it makes you that unhappy to talk **** about them to the world dont carry the product anymore please.
this manifold is for the people who cant afford the BETTER manifolds on the market. Thanks for the pics and thanks to SPARKRACINGINC for the support and help to get this manifold out to the public at a great price.

A tip for everyone using this manifold....You need to port out the hole on the wastegate flange. It's too small and if you have a good setup you will experience boost creep. Other than that, it works and makes power, can't argue that!
