This is kinda stupid but the teg I bought from this guy comes with an alarm. I just cant find it to figure out what model it is. Anyway while lookng around I noticed some wrapped wires under the driver's seat leading from under the floor, going into the back of the seat somewhere. Is this in all G3 GSRs? I have a 99. I am wondering if this may be where they stuck the alarm. Yeah, I looked under the steering wheel, all I found there was a shock sensor. Need to take out the whole dash to try to locate the alarm. thanks.

 

Are you looking for the brain? Try locating the siren (that should be easy to find) and trace backwards from there.

try looking behind the panels under the steering wheel.

 

Try behind the kick pannel on the drivers side, like where the ECU is on the passenger side.

 

If this is an after market alarm, most places will stick them way up behind the dash under the steering colum, you will have to take your dash out, should be easy. The factroy alarm is under the seat, most places just disconnect it and leave it alone. I use to install alarms, and this is what I did. Hope this helps
