Default Bottle Opener

I just ordered the ZEX Nitrous system for my car and I am debating on whether or not the bottle opener is worth 200 bucks....does anyone have it or another kind?

Where should I get one and how much are most of them?

Hey
I just installed my zex kit like a month ago. Real good kit imo. For your question, I don't think that a bottle opener is a must. Just mount the bottle behind the passenger seat so you have easy access to it. What you should get is a heater and a gauge.

the only place you'll need nitrous is at the track...in which case you'll have plenty of time to hook it up.

Ya the only place I use it is when I'm at the track. My bottle is mounted in my trunk.

my friend has the remote bottle opener on his civic....despite him following the instructions to the letter and adjusting several times, it has never opened the bottle all the way. it will close it, but never fully open it.

he complains about it all the time...and as far as being worth $200? i'd save my money and get out of the car and open it myself.

yeah, I got the same kit as my friend who had the bottle opener....and just like your friend his bottle opener didn't work, which is why I asked...I was going to put it in my back seat but I didn't know where to run the line from there so it wasn't in the way....I am going to go with putting it in the trunk

zex is a great kit. I would put the bottle under my seat with a gas mask attachment to it.
