help! dead ecu?

so i got lazy while i took out the ecu i didn't unplug the battery and now the engine won't start all the way. what fuse should i check or is my ecu fried?

unplug the battery with the ecu plugged in.. then plug it back in.. see what happens..

that's the first thing i did. then i checked all fuses which are good.
