Wanna see some times for......
use to run low 14s with a failing clutch. 75 shot d16a6 intake only. . .
car is much different now.
midhigh 13s low 14s are uncommon with slicks and an average driver

Well if you are wondering about the DOHC ZC w/o nitrous i ran a 9.4 on the 1/8th..
DOHC ZC Motor-IHE
Underdrive Pulley
ACT Extreme Clutch
Im curious to see what kinda times ur running cuz I'll have a very similar setup.
Also, when you ordered that clutch for your ZC, did you just order it for the year of CRX tranny you put on the ZC? For example I have a 91 CRX Si.. I just order my clutch/flywheel for a 90-91 CRX and it'll bolt right up to the ZC correct?

Yes, the Si clutch will work on the ZC transmission. I am not sure about the 88 ones but you dont have to worry about that. And yea i did run a 9.4 with the mods that i have listed
. Pretty sure if you do the same mods in a lightweight HF you will get simular numbers

90 crx hf, with a 95 ex swap, i.e. 1.6 sohc vtec, si cable tranny, using the hasport wiring subharness with the obd-1 p28 ecu, on stock 14s, new tires, with i/e and new clutch, i'm guessing any where from maybe just maybe a 14.9--15.5
my friends 93 cx hatch, with this same swap and mods was pullin consistent 15.2--15.3 all day, i figure the cx hatch is the lightest of that model, stock its something like 2050lb., my 90 crx hf is a little lighter than that, i'm hoping for atleast a 15.2, i'd be happy with that, atleast for now. Also what do you think that setup would do with a nitrous express wet kit, at a 50 shot?? Might be puttin that on too?? But wanna see how it runs with the motor first.

HAHAHA... 9.4 on the 1/4 I WISH!! yes that would be a little more then an intake header and exhaust... maybe the crank pulley would do it though.. hehe..
btw.. those are very respectable times you got on a SOHC

well, *** it, i guess were the only ones on this thread, i'll just talk to you, what do you think a 90 crx hf, with the ex setup would pull?? i think i'm being realistic, 15.0--15.5
well i just had brand new tires put on, 195/60/14 nakangs, semi-cheap performance tires, good bang for your buck.
i'm confident it will hit a 15.3, my friends hatch would pull consistent 15.3 on **** tires, we weigh about the same, equal driving too, and my car stock to stock is about a 100lbs. lighter than his cx hatch.
ex swaps are a dime a dozen, so many people swap them out for gsrs, or b16s, there everywhere, around here you can get a complete swap for anywhere from 500-1000, everything, you can find, for ex: a 94 ex motor(complete), tranny, for like 200-300, get the ecu (p28), 100, swap the hydro tranny for a cable, and bolt her in, and hit a mid 15. not bad, greddy kit for like 1400-1600, at 8-10psi, hella fast for the street, hittin high 13s, my friends 95 ex cpe, with 18's, body kit, full int. stereo and all, was fast, he had a greddy kit on it, used 93 octane all the time, ran it at 11psi everyday, and pulled a new vette on the highway, fast for the street. now he has a gsr in it, built from the bottom up, custom turbo kit, its a low sec. show car now. check it out at http://www.alternativemotorsports.com, the white coupe.

Not to get to off topic but my boys 96 lx civic(d16y7) ran a 14.4 with a dry 75 shot. Only mods were open DP ex manifold, stock air box (filter removed) and all the rear seats and carpet were taken out. Oh yeah he also was on 185's
