b16 vavle springs vs b18c5 springs
B16 uses single valvesprings on exhaust side. ITR uses dual valvesprings on intake and exhaust side. For higher lift, higher rpm operation, the ITR valvesprings are the way to go.

Simply put, ITR valve springs have a higher spring rate than any other OEM Honda Valve spring. ITR springs are the perfect street spring because they allow High rpm and high lift without worring about valve float at 8800 rpms.
Actually, the B16a has dual valve springs on the intake side and single on the exhaust side. The B16a's dual intake springs are the same as the b18c5's exhaust springs.
So... usually people move a b16a's intake springs to the exhaust side and use ITR springs on the intake side.
