11.1 compression too high>b18b?NOS
im currently building up a spare block b18b for the upcoming spring... i found a decently priced set of NEW JE 11.1 now i plan on sprayin this also with between a 75-100 shot on the built block (pistons/rods/b.g, new bearings,gaskets,etc) so the bottom end will be like new. the head will remain stock this yr. Now on pump gas just puttin around town not sprayin 93 or 94 octane will be ok on the 11.1? i mean stock ITR is not too much lower than 11.1 and they r fine on pump gas?
i will have all the fuel upgrades by the way pump, rail, 310s, and a MSD timing retard so what u think ?>

I wouldnt spray more than a 50 shot on pump gas with that 11.1........

I Would agree with that. Look to use 100-105 octane.
