Yo, this helps
Also your plans for the car help greatly. WHAt do you intend to use this car for? are you staying n/a or going with forced inducton?

b16a,b16b,b18c1,b18c5,b18c,b18c-R any of these are good swaps just find one that fits your budget
LMFAO yah id go with the rb26. i heard skylines are hella fast. anyways, i have a 93 cx hatch and am doing a b18c1 swap, picking the ls cause ive heard no vtec is better for FI, and as i plan on boosting the motor i figured this would be a good choice. do what you wanna do tho.

dude youre fuckn stuiped b18c1 is a GSR motor with VTEC and its not because the ls has low CR that its better for FI its just easier to tune and lets you have some error
anyway... i would go with anything B and 1.8
with that said... if you're poor, i would go with a b18a/b18b, maybe boost it later on. if you have 3 grand to blow, get the GSR engine. and if you're a real man, b18c5 all the way. good luck
get a gsr swap
you get the best of both worlds
edit:
well first...
1. how much money you have to work with?
2. do you plan on going NA or FI?
but the best engine is the Search Engine
