Default Teg is being repaired

After $5K in damage the Teg is being repaired.
1 fender
1 door
1 strut
1 upper control arm
1 ABS sensor
1 brake line
1 strut fork
1 bumper cover
1 Type R lip ( I know the guys at the body shop real well, the other guy's insurance is paying for it.)
1 tie rod
Hopefully it will be as good as new when done. If not, the body shop is a Service First Dealer with State Farm,so if anything is wrong I can take it back till it's fixed, all payed for by his insurance.

If I were you, I would have made the body shop throw in a set of HIDs.

Yeah, it was a Neon. He had it towed, but it appeared to me that the damage was purely cosmetic. It didn't even bust the headlight. No fluids leaking or anything.

it's fair to have the guy pay for the damages...

but milking it

sooner or later you'll make a mistake on the road and just pray the guy doesn't milk it for all its worth.

then again, if this all falls into the budget alloted by his company, then

I was getting a new lip anways. $200 extra for the Type R lip is not going to break his insurance company anyways. I work for a dealership,so any extra parts are going to billed wholesale.
