does anyone have the helms manual directions. i would love to have some step by step instructions if possible. i just ordered my kit today. all i have is the side skirts and front lip. please help me.
there are no instructionsin the helms anual for this. they are considered an option, the helms covers mechanical, interior, stock exterior and electrical. it is pretty easy and the kits you are getting should have destructions on how you can do this.
it's reallllllly easy to do- did mine in a few hours, and that included waxing the stuff, etc. (dorking around)
YOu need templates for the rears, 1 hole to drill on each side. Thats it though.
Cake work.

Try searching the archives, maybe from the Type R forum.... Someone actually scanned and posted it up here once!
where can I get the templates at? Is the dealership the only place that has it because I dont really want to go there. they are a bunch of asses over there

go to your local acura dealer and they will give you a list of all the dealers in the usa that have the kit in your color. i found the last vouge silver front and side combo. no one has the rears in vouge silver. not sure about any other colors but just check with your dealer. they are very helpful. atleast mine was plus the chick was hot.

ok guys my kit came in the mail today. i am hoping to get it on in the next day or two. so as my last question does the new oem sideskirts replace the old ones or just simpliy slip over the ones that are there. is there any drilling for the front lip or side skirts. remember i dont have the rear pieces so i dont need help with them.
I think I have the inst. sheet for sides in pdf kickin' around.
send me an e-mail.

It was super easy. Me and my friend put it on in 40 minutes. 10 minute for the front, 10 minute for side skirts, and 20 minutes on the rear dress.
It's pretty self-explanatory if you look at the kit and your car.

Dood... seriously use the search button... Considering how many people on here have OEM kits... You would think to do that first... instead of having to wait for people to reply to you.
