Default Rear Wiper Blade Replacement?

The blade on my rear wiper is shot and it looks to be that you have to replace the entire arm. Is this true or is there a top secret way to remove the blade. Dosent seem to be the same as fronts and the EK rears. TIA

Go to any store that sells replacements and buy it. The blade comes with instructions. It's cake. I think the blade is 13 inch but stores always have a catalog for which blade is correct.

I need to replace all of mine. Do they sell sets of three for all of them or do I have to buy each according to size?

Just replace the entire thing with a plug kit from a CX.

Thats what I did. But at the same time if I was driving in this winter wonderland I live in with my hatchback I would never go without the old wiper on the hatch.

i agree, and i'm running into the same problem as well. i love my rear wiper. i can actually see behind me (in the snow-belt this is a must).
i ordered the wiper replacement, but it only comes with the actual blade, not a whole wiper replacement like the front.
i can't get it off, and it's killing my fingers and driving me nuts.

It is not cake. The 92-95 hatch does not have the same wiper arm as the EK's do. The Ek is identical to any front wiper. On the EG, the blade is atteched to the arm in one peice. If there is no special way to remove it, than the entire arm must be replaced.

Apex I ITR, I live in Florida. It rains ALOT. ATL isnt that far way so I imagine that it also gets pretty wet up there too. I would like to keep mine. Don't bring up weight either. The motor is about 2 pounds!!

right. the rubber is held down by some weird fasteners that don't give. also, the end of the wiper has a weird indentation that looks like it would loosen the wiper.

Here is a really quick remedy. Pull the wiper arm out, and just pull on the rubber(but make sure you pull on the rubber part with the metal). Once you pull the rubber(plus two metal strips) insert the metal strips back into the sides of the rubber blade, and just pull the rubber back through the arm. This is all assuming that you still have the original Honda wiper arm. Since I work at a Honda dealership I paid $2.00 maybe for the replacement rubber.
