My buddy knows the owner Of a carbon fiber company.. They make hoods etc. He said he will carbon firber my front USDM lip. He just makes a mold out of mine. So i get my lip back and a new carbon Fibered one. My question is is it worth doing or will it look gay. I also already have a carbon fiber hood

 

I think it will look good, especially with the carbon hood.

If you can get more than one made I might interested.

i'd have to agree. if the carbon lip turns out, a lot of people will be interested in buying it. i know that the lips on the R's are popular without being carbon fiber so you'll definitely be unique. good luck with the experiment.

I would get it, it's diff, then other CF lips. I have a CTR lip wrapped in CF for a 94 EJ, and a CF hood, and it looks Phat. I haven't seen anyone with the CTR lip in CF. So just do it.

 

I'm real interested, especially if it could be made with a subtle integrated splitter. Like this one:
