Default Aftermarket cam timing?

For those with an aftermarket cam in their SOHC d16. What timing is your cam set at? I know that each setup is different and there is no single answer. I just wanted to see some results from others. I had mine advanced 3 deg (mistake brought on from my domestic days) and I lost power up top. I retarded it back to 0 and got some back but I wonder if there is more available.

Dru - Who is just curious.

That's what is very lame about adj cam gears on single cams, you give power to one area, but it robs it from another, (vise/versa) I had one on a built a6 along time ago, and even with the huge cam I had, it was only set at adv 2 degrees. But you still could feel the top end being sacrificed.

Dialing dohc gears is another story..
