Default B e s t B a t t e r y ? ? ?

i wanna upgrade my battery for my 2000 integ.
i plan on having a sound system pushing over 1000 watts.
will an Optima battery fit with adjustment?
on on Optima website they said to take off some cover or something
and the battery might fit for a honda application...
any suggestions?

If you have a 2gen integra it should fit. If you have a newer Integra you may want to look into Stinger. They make a dry cell that fits nicely in newer integras.

If it won't fit in the engine bay you could always relocate it to the trunk.

Optima battery are great. The red top cause it's a deep cycle battery. Will last a long time. You can leave your headligths on and come back in a few hours and still start up your car.

I have the SVR and it works great! You will need longer battery tie downs though.

Well according to the specs, it seems that both the stinger and optima yellow top (for hondas) are more expensive and have less CCA's and whatnot than the SVR.

I am gonna get an SVR one of these days, but thats a little bit farther down the list
