knige-edging a crankshaft
no, knife-edging originated in domestic vehicles where the crank continuously dips into the oil in the oil pan. since our hondas do not, this would have minimal, if that, gains.
Never knife edge with a turbo or any car driven on the street. For an all out, rebuild it after every race, n/a race car, it could allow you to rpm a little quicker.
thanks so much for the reply earl
cuz i was reading old turbo magazine , where JG was building an h22a and they knife-egded the crank
so i just wanted to know any advantage of doin it
