Blew up my stock exhaust!!! hahaha
Just finished the b16 swap on my 96DX HB and the stock exhaust couldn't handle the extra airflow. (skunk2 manifold, JUN type 3 everything, dc 4to1 etc.) I tried to get by with my stock exhaust until I could save up some cash for a new one.
20 minutes after plugging in my hondata (i had the same setup in a 99si so it was already fairly tuned), the exhaust exploded with a loud BANG on a shift to third gear. It sucks but it was funny at the same time. Here's a couple pics of my small disaster........BTW buddy club cat-back is on the way....

lol that same thing happened to me i was at a stop light, light turned green, accelerated hard then BOOM I gotz free flow exhaust y0!

Sorry while on the exhaust topic......anyone know if the Tanabe Super Racing Med bolts up on the CX, since it has the header/cat in one? I need to know.

Haha, nice! i blew up my stock exhaust with my b16a before my car was stolen. I was driving down the road real hard in first, shifted to second, and all the muffler packing **** and fiber stuff all came out. It looked like black hair just flying out of my exhausts. I also stripped the bolts holding the cat to the b-pipe...
