I swapped a GSR motor in my civic and its throwing code 14. I havent hooked up the idle air control valve yet because I dont know where it goes. Does it go from the manifold to the black evap thingy??? Please help...(I tried searching)

 

The IAC Valve is on the intake. The wires from the plug go to the ecu. If you swapped in a 99+ motor and are using a 96+ harness/ecu then you have to change the wires in the ecu. If this is the case let me know and I will scan and post the diagrams for you.

 

I swapped a 95 gsr motor in my 98 civic with civic wiring harness. Where exactly would the wires go??? I am using a OBD1 P28 ECU. Just tell me what color the wires are and I will figure out the rest. Thanks
