it can be used limited on the street car but its not reccommend. It harder to turn and handle corner but limited yes it can be used.

it wont do anything to your wheel whell just its harder toturn it. its made for straight line acceleration.
Its hard to like turn into tight spaces but if you plan on just using it jsut once a while you should be somewhat okay.

i meant when you turn a corner and both wheels are spinnig at the same rpm .. one of the tires will want to spin a different rpm ina tight turn so i was wondering if you made a u-turn will it scuff the tire or just be real hard to turn?

That is what i figured cause i drove a 4 wheel drive truck with the front hubs locked and when we made a u turn on the street it wanted to hop... i bet under an emergency situation the spool would not lend to helping you out.. how hard is hard to turn the wheel?
