gsr/si rear swaybar swap?
will the rear swaybar off a gsr(94-00) or si(99-00) bolt on to my ek with no extra kit to buy? i think the gsr is 19mm in the rear but i dont know about the si size. everything i found on the search had to do with the itr swap.
thanks
thanks
I believe gsr swaybar is 14mm.. si swaybar is 13mm... to put the gsr bar on a ek.. you'll need the si metal brackets and bushings.. since the integra brackets holes are set to wide to get it on a ek(96-00 civic) subframe.. I encountered this problem after picking up a gsr swaybar.. so now I need to order the metal brackets and bushings to use on this bar.. hopefully it works..oh yeah you'll need the Si endlinks for either one of the bars
YES go for the ITR rear bar.. plus the beaks kit.. found on beaksproducts.com.. will is a good guy and the beaks kit will save you from possible subframe damage.. good luck.. I am opting for the 14mm rear bar .. due to the fact I do not have a front swaybar and I am curious to see how much of a difference a rear only bar.. vs a front and rear bar shows
