Radiator hose or what?????????
Ok, well i blew my motor, and i put a new ls motor in. i didnt put my a/c or power steering **** back in. well im leaking coolant, but i dont know from where. i started lookin at **** tonight and i saw a hose, connected to the front of the radiator and the hose travels to the area where the a/c is. now does the end of this hose bolt up to the A/C? or power steering or what. does anyone know if the a/c has a hose that runs to the radiator? im confused on this and need some help cause i think this is where my coolant leak is coming from because the end of this hose isnt connected to anything. thanks
nope a/c and power steering dont have coolant hoses running to them. coolant runs to radiator to block then to the heater core then back to the block and then radiator. probably ur lower radiator hoses is leaking. get a coolant tester and pressurees the system, thats the best way to check 4 leaks.

Are you sure that is not the hose that goes to the coolant overefill tank??? There are no hoses with anitfreeze that go to the ac or power sterring.
umm.. but don't plan on takin it to a local shop to get a free pressure test or anything, cuz most local shops that i've been to doesn't have the radiator cap fitting that fits properly over our radiator for the pressure test to work. That was my experience.... have a fucked up radiator sucks.
ok , i see what your saying. the end of the hose that is disconnected is metal, and it has a little spout on it with a tiny rubber gasket around the spout, and to the side of that spout is a hole for a bolt. does anyone know where this might go? the tube is not very thick, its no where near the size of the upper and lower radiator, its about an inch or a half an inch thick. if anyone knows where this goes it would help me out alot. thanks
