Default Changing Upper Radiator Hose..

when changing the upper radiator hose, does the coolant have to be drained completely?

well coolant will come out
but you dont have to drain it all
just remove it, and let it drain, u can use a drain pan to catch it if you want.
then install the new hose
top off the radiator, and the reservoir,
start the car and let it warm up, then top off the radiator and reservoir again.
