Are they in decent shape? are they scratched? can you still read the degree marks?

they are in good shape. there is 1 scratch where one of the botls are, we slipped when tightening the HEX shaped bolts. That is why we changed them to bolts.
All degree marks are still htere.
and yes it will be 108 with paypal fee.
