Crower cams know to break?
I have been looking for cams and I have heard and seen of crower cams snapping inside the head. Are these cams known for breaking? Or could it just been a bad install or bad cams? I can get a set for 300 but I heard they suck and they will break on me and I should get the Skunk 2's. If it were up to me I would go with the Skunk's any day over the crowers. But since I can get the crowers for so cheap I would like to get those. But if they are known for breaking/snapping then I will just start building my bottom end. Any suggestions would be appreciated....

I'd get the Crowers. I have a set that I've never installed in my car. And I have a friend with a 96 GS-R with 63402As, valvesprings and retainers. He has a 9k rev limit and he's running 9.1 in the 1/8 mile on street tires. He has the head shaved a little and the usual bolt ons too. I drove it, and it is a big difference from a stock GS-R!
I have some crower 62403z .. have driving them hard for 30k miles now.. they are still running strong ... i even picked up a set of 404z for my other integra
