CTR= 1.6L compare to ITR=1.8. Didn't you see my question mark? It's just a guess

There are a few GSR swaps here with just basic bolt on's that run similar times. Not saying they're quicker, but close. Tom's C5 could probably hit high 12's on slicks with a basically stock motor. It's all about the driver.

Yes there are and mine is one of them

1992 Civic VX with 99 B18C1:

JUN III cams, JUN cam gears, ITR valvetrain, Injen intake, JDM ITR 4-1 header, OEM LSD, custom 2.5" piping with ES muffler, GSR fuel pump, Apex-i VAFC, 14" HX wheels with Azenis tires. Full interior, no weight reduction, daily driven = 13.7@102.3 mph

Well since the ITR head and B16 head are the same PR-3 casting, throw some ITR pistons and rods in a GSR block, or even use the GSR rods. With a GSR block (stock internals) and a B16 head, you are looking at 9.6:1 or so comprssion, not so great for NA.

Also, there is something wrong with that JUN II setup, have you had it dynoed?? If its stock compession thats the problem, i mean, there are VXs with stock GSR swaps running low 14s, ITR swaps w/ bolt ons mid 13s.
