Default Suspension Set Up

So I want to buy some new suspension stuff. I've got Neuspeed Race springs right now but I'm thinking about switching to Ground Controls, with out believing the hype how easy are they to adjust, also custom spring rates, should get them?

Shocks, Koni yellows hands down.

Tie Bars, I've already got the Skunk2 Lower Rear Arm Bar which I really like. Now for upper rear tie bar I have no clue, suggestions?
Front upper, I'm going with the Carbring 3-point bar.
Front lower, no idea at all, suggestions?
I'm also going to get the J's Racing C-Piller bar and do Bret's DIY Trunk bar.

Give me all comments and suggestions on the above. Also any suggestions on stuff I should add.

It sounds like you have a good plan in mind. I would go with the GC's I have them and really like them, especially at the shows. I guess to answer your question about the spring rates you would have to see what the primary use of the car is. The spring rates provided do well for daily driving and even auto-x. You can also order the springs individually to modify your setup in the future. Good Luck and post some pics when your done.
