what passenger side axle you use, in you b series swap!
right now, i'm using a 88 integra passenger side axle. But as soon as i install it, the axle starts to click. the only reason why i changed it, was because it lost all the grease inside the cv boot. But as soon as i get the car in the road, and take my first curve(slow, fast, it doesn't matter) it clicks! so what year axle are you running in you crx, with a b series engine!
to me it sounds like the axle is broken....just an opinion....
90-93 teg axle
but you have to remember to take off the axle rubber seal ring and the metal ring that is inside the spindle hub

Better yet, find a 1990-1993 Integra inner joint for your 1988 Integra axle and put it on your 1988 axle. Or if you can find someone with a cut JDM axle, this will work, too. You will have the best fit possible. And you will NOT need to remove the dust seal.
