Hi, i tried the search function for what i'm trying to do but couldnt really find anything. Bascially i want to remove the rear wiper on the hatch and i was wondering what to use to plug the hole? Any advice from those that have done this before? Anything simple i can get say at home depot (i.e. black rubber plug) of some sort to do this? Tks

i took my off about 2 weeks ago, i just electrical taped it 4 now i plan on fiberglass it in, i also did this wit my attenna and hood sqirters and it does fine

 

I did it on mine b/c it didn't work plugged it with a rubber grommet and itlooks good. I got it from my dealership but you can prolly get one at a home depot or something. The rear wiper sucks anyway.

 

DUDE what are you guys doing!! dont you know that removal of such a wonderful feature is not cool. it can void your warenty and if you get in an accedent your insurance company will disown your credit and you will end up having to sell all your stuff like your house/appartment/tree house/homeless shelter/rock/crib, or you might have to pon off your sister or your dog or i that collection of payboys under your mattress and migets would beat you to a pulp (who would sell the home less shelter?...haha) and you would also have to lose all your other posesions like your pokemon cards and those dam magic cards too, you might have to even become a man *****!! well dont freak honda ladies i know they are the smart ones on this forum and might i say the coolest (why do they never talk to me?? i want to meet a car loving girl...but they are rare like holagram pokemon cards!!) and i know a girl is too smart to ever remove there rear windsheild wiper!! sorry guys but i as well think this idea isnt bad, but if you have to sell your little bros retainer when you get in a accedent to pay all those dam people who get mad at you when you crash (i wouldnt know because i never have, but i seen it on dr. phil!!) so this lesson is to keep all my freinds happy and GUYs remember there are ladies on these pages too so be nice and watch your manners...ei pull out doors and open chairs!! hahahahahahaha

 

I used the wiper plug from 92-95 civic cx.

i did it on my crx. jus left the stub there.
gonna have the body shop shave it when i git my car painted. as the antenna. is also going.

 

Just get a rear hatch off of a STD, they're not equiped with the rear wipers. while you're at it, you can get the wiper switch from a STD as well, so you don't have the rear controls on it.... unless you want to use the rear wiper switch to run your NNAAWWWSSSS!!!

 

I pulled mine off and taped it from the inside....
