I've found my S tech mediums are a bit bouncy on the stock shocks...
Does this usually mean the shocks are not well matched with the spring rate?
Anyone here with the same setup?
If so, can any compare to a good shock replacement?

yes, your shocks are unable to dampen the springs properly... I don't think you can go wrong with KONI or GAB. I am running TODA FIGHTEX coilovers, so I am no expert on matching dampers to springs, others will have more suggestions...

I am using tein s-tech springs. Mine arent bouncy at all. People usally ask me what coilovers im useing

maybe u didnt cut ur bumpstops enough... now much of a drop is it?

 

generally yes, unmatched springs can cause a very bumpy ride.

right now, i'm loving my coil overs. they're awesome.
