Default is an LS (90-91) ECU too much for my hybrid head/block combo?

i have a CX block and a DX head and a 88-91 SI intake mani and TB with venom fuel rail.. i dont know what to call my motor but the redline on the acura ecu is 7200 and the DX ecu i got is like 6600 rpms.. will the integra ecu hurt it? i tried it and ran it to like 7G's and it didnt do nothing but i dunno if itll handle that too long.. also the idle jumps up to 2000 rpms with the LS ECU.. ?
