GSRahim
yeah theres something wrong with the engine computer
it happened to me before, and i didnt have a kill starter,
it ended up only costing me like 3000 bucks for a new computer
everything works fine now
recommend new computer 3000 bucks is a great price

Check your kill switch, and everything connected to it. This is coincidental to not be related to the recent installation. I HIGHLY doubt it is your ECU, dont jump to conclusion, and 3000 is outrageous...lol

what is this a joke?

Sounds like a loose wiring connection somewhere. I had an aftermarket tach in my old car and had problems with the needle jumping because of a bad connection on the tach signal wire. There's probably a loose connection (power or ground) on that kill switch somewhere, as well. My guess is the two are unrelated and they just happen to be giving you problems at the same time.

i wouldnt use a push button switch. i think a toggle switch would be better for this.
