I need help wiring my NOS rev activation

Ok I bought this NOS rev activator, I have it all wired except the yellow wire which says, "connect to green wire relay", what is that?? Does anyone know what wire it's talking about please help.

PS. This is going in my 95 Civic HB HHELLPP!!!!!
