trap speeds
did a search..just wondering what everyone with high 12's - low 13's are hittin for their trap speeds...or whats the highest trap speed youve seen from an R? just curious from a conversation i was having a few days ago with some friends. anyone hittin 110+ ?did you sacrifice some of your 60' to hit that high? just wondering..
checked there, dont get many type R posts in there...i was wondering type R traps..not civics with R engines wedged in em...

i'd be asking the other way around.. you can have 130mph trap speed in any quatermile.. trapspeed and 60ft times give away your time potential.. when i see a car do a slow run, yet high trap speed, i don't consider that car slow, just a bad run
from what i remember maybe 102mph for low 13's and 105for high 12's?

Trap Speed is an indication of horsepower, ET is related to traction and gearing. Most ITR's with I/H/E are at around 100 mph for the trap speed. Look at the trap speed to see the potential 1/4 time, then it becomes a car setup and driver issue.
