Suspension: shocks/springs
Well.. its like this, i want something with higher rear spring rates, yet, i don't want to have exactly drag setup, cause of daily driving, currently enough wheel hop that i know i will snap something if i don't upgrade shocks/springs. my suspension is worn out btw.. so its no point of getting another stock suspension.. - thats pretty much all i can think of.. i know about z10 bars/motor mounts, but i think shocks/springs need to be upgraded too.
summary: which shocks/springs rates to look for?

go with H&R Sport or Racing springs.
really though...if your just daily driving/dickin' off with your car the sports are a good solution. If you want to do something more competitive (autocross) you should do a lot more research and figure out what you think is going to suit your uses.
if you're wanting to be able to adjust the stiffness of the rear, you might want to look into some koni adjustables -- they should help some with your wheel-hop.

Engine mount inserts help tremendously with wheel hop, as well as some better tires.
A rear stiff setup is also what many (if not most) roadracers seem to use.
Oh yes, I second the
on H&R springs as well.
