are those mounting bolts suppose to show like that? im kinda confused. i thought it was just suppose to come out of the bottom.

what is it suppose to look like?

 

the bottom part looks like your stock wing, only without a light, and it has flat spots for the upper part to bolt onto. your knockoff looks like it bolts ontop of your stock wing.
