Default Need help please (woodruff key, crankshaft key way?)

We're putting together the block and we can't remember if the crankshaft needs to keys or one? Just wanted to confirm? Can anyone help out on this? thanks in advance. I'm referring to part # 19, it says 2 needed in quantity, but it also looks like 3 is needed to fill the space.

It depends on whether you have a CKF sensor or not. I'm particularly sure when they started using them, but I've seen it on Robbie's '98 GS-R (neo1z). So, I'm guessing it was implemented either as an addition with OBD-II, or as a part of the major changes they made in 1998.

I didn't believe it at first too b/c I'd only worked on OBD-I B- engines for the longest time.
