I guess it would be better to have an actual S14..
anyway, the kit is a good alternative to the JDM conversion, because, it's different (although the S14 kits probably come in fiberglass, not metal). it's hard to make it look good, though, in my opinion.

http://www.extremedimensions.com, look under conversions or under integra its a blitz bumper with s15 headlights
I'm sure it's not an easy task. The only thing that would be different is you would be putting on new fenders and headlights. If you don't have experience then I wouldn't try it. Try importfan.com or extremedimensions.com or importadrenelin.com or asylumms.com.

I think it looks sweet, but expensive, Check ebay, I have seen the kits go for 600 before. Without headlights of course. How would it add a foot to the nose. it cant be any longer than stock?
Its not as hard as most people think. Its pretty simple. But it does take time and patience. If u dont have the time or patience den drop it off at a shop. Its slightly a little harder then an ITR conversion. Its almost a complete bolt on. When i converted the headlights on my car the hardest part was figuring out how to mount the lights. My setup was hard becuase i had to mold the bumper to fit the lights and also mold the hood to fit correctly too. (88 prelude with s14 headligts)
I haven't seen a direct bolt on for the s15 headlights. I have seen the s14 conversion for sale. My friend has the s14 conversion on his '00 hatch and it looks sweet.
If you want the s15 headlights then order the s14 conversion without the headlights and order the fiberglass hood option. With this combo it would save you probably $700-$800 dollars off the $1600+ price tag of the s14 conversion. Take that money saved and buy the s15 headlights. It would save massive amounts of time and would be easy to do. All any shop or you have to do is add and shape the fiberglass on the hood and fenders to work with the s15 headlights.
Here is a pisture of my buddy's hatch.
