ATTN: Advice when dealing with trolls
DO NOT REPLY TO THREADS STARTED BY TROLLS.
Doing so will result in a loss of percentage for each post in said thread.
Instead IM me and I will take care of the situation.
Trolls die if no one pays attention to them.

so when you say trolls, are we describing really ugly chicks that look like they eat goats and live under bridges? I really hate when those nasties lean out of their stunna ride and say Nice car.. is that a REAL type R?

I was not aware that any malicious things could be done with an IP address. Oops.
*bump*
I think that everyone needs to read this...
For those who may not know what a troll is. Here is an example.
Troll: Type R's suck...my 6cyl automatic mustang ownz JOO!!
or
Troll#2: Sucks that you drive a Type R...my WRX may not be able to stop...but it is still better than a Type R....
J
N who thinks that we should have a sticky outlining forum guidelines where we teach people how to do a search...since we have at least two or three locked posts a day where people just neglect to use the search function...

Please do a search before you ask a question, as others may have asked the same question previously.
Try searching in both "archived" and "recent" topics.
There is a troll that has been posting through-out HT who's posts are irrelivant to any thread and uses foul language for no apparent reason as illustrated in this thread https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=405935 which I think you would be interested in. I think if someone needs to be banned it is this guy.
The sticky will help, but if you look at the current trend, people want the answer now now now and dont wnat to do any searching or put forth any effort whatsoever. They'd rather just be handed the answer, spood fed. They also get pissed off if the advice you give is not what they wanted to hear.
A sticky is a great idea (check out the one i wrote up in RR/AX forum) and would be a great resource if nothing else.

Good point.
