Default type r valvetrain into gsr --follow typeR factory service manual?

putting in type r cams, springs, retainers, valve seats,cotters...should i go by the type r service manual on all the specs, or go by gsr manual?

just got my parts today..

8 of 14751-p72-003 @$5.84 ea
16 of 14765-p30-000 @$2.44 ea
16 of 14775-pr3-000 @$2.26 ea
32 of 14781-pr7-a01 @$1.60 ea
8 of 14751-p73-j02 @$3.90 ea
8 of 14761-p73-j02 @$4.56 ea

plus the cams for a total of $685 -with the intake cam having 5000 miles on it -everything else from acura.. pretty good to get all that for less than the price of most pair's of cams

Nothing immediately clicks off the top of my head that would be different b/w the two.

you are just running the cams and springs/retainers correct? you did not purchase the lost motion assemblies or rocker arms? i would say run factory clearances on valves from the type r charts. the R valve springs can run higher tolerances and keep you from floating a valve with the R cams.

i wasn't sure if the gsr had the dual intake springs like the R, i didn't know if the type R head had tighter torque specs or anything..just want to make sure of everything...
